Warehouse Management System

ProStore is a warehouse management system (WMS) developed for logistics service providers. The system is designed for the storage of refrigerated and frozen goods, metals, excise goods, hazardous substances, liquids, general cargo, bulk and breakbulk.

ProStore offers functionalities that make the system an ideal solution, such as: EDI, barcode scanners, gate control, time slots, customer portal, customs warehouse and fiscal representation. Seamless integration with Softpak CDS (customs) and Softpak ProFor (forwarding).

All programs are set up uniformly, offering every employee a fast learning curve. Softpak has been serving the logistics sector for more than 45 years. Features

Monitor the customs status of the goods. Integration with Softpak CDS: Clearance, DMS, NCTS, Application notice, GPA stock changes.
The driver can cancel a delivery via our QR app, including the recipient's signature and a copy of the CMR.
Receiving, moving and picking with QR/barcode scanners.
Registering and deregistering drivers via touchscreen application. Including CMR digital signing.
The entry and exit process is controlled via Intake and Outtake Orders. In addition, there are solutions for planning and monitoring.
Integration with customer systems, such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics. Support of various communication techniques.

Products

Scanning

Goods can be identified using your own QR-codes or barcodes, or by barcodes supplied by your customer through EDI. Our scan device software offers various functionality such as intake, picking, prepare, outtake, relocate, inspection, damage, stock info.

Customer Portal

Customers can monitor their stock and orders online. The portal also offers the option to request reports which are automatically sent to their mailbox.

Visit Registration

Setup Timeslots for your warehouse. Drivers can book timeslots via the Truck Appointment Portal for the delivery or pickup of goods.

Self Service Desk

With our touch screen solution, truck drivers can check in with our self service desk solution.

Identity registration

Our self service desk solution can be connected through various identity services, such as the Adaptive Recognition Combo Smart, or Secure Logistics Cargo Card.

Gate Control

Our gate driver’s pedestal solution can interface with various gate access control system, such as CardAccess, Paxton, AEOS.

Bonded Stock

The bonded stock administration (Entrepot) offers full integration with our WMS solution and CDS solution.

EDI

The system supports all standard EDI messages, such as GATE-IN/GATE-OUT, COARRI, CODECO, COPARN, COPINO. We also send and process various XML messages.

VAL

Besides regular intake and outtake orders the WMS can be configured with value added logistics orders.

Release

Transfer ownership of goods to another owner or receiver. With the transfer the system can also register the accompanying IncoTerm.

Invoicing & Tariffs

Every warehouse activity can be linked to a storage or handling tariff. This will lead to an accurate invoicing process.

Fiscal Files

Limited fiscal representation allows an external representative to act on behalf of our company for specific tax matters.

DMS Import

With the introduction of Softpak DMS Import, ProStore now also offers the automatic creation of the I2A delivery notification and the H2 storage notification.

Dangerous Goods

Every product can be configured to register Dangerous Goods classifications, UN number, classifications, etc. There is also a real-time interface to the OIGS system.

Excise Goods

Our solution has specific functions for excise goods, including reporting and interfacing with the EMCS system.

Food

Our solution has specific functions for food and cold storage, with phytosanitary and veterinary integrations.

Bulk/Packed/Exceptional

The system handles bulk, packed and exceptional goods seamlessly. With various options to consolidate, split and merge.

Liveboard

Run real-time dashboards on TV-screens to announce inbound and outbound activities. Fully linked with Intake Orders, Outtake Orders, Visits, Self Service Desk Activities and Scan Activities.

Reporting

The system can generate, send, share various forms or reports, documents, management information.

ProFor integration

Fully integrated with our Softpak ProFor Freight Forwarding system. Typically for Seafreight import/Intake order, Seafreight export/Outtake order, Transport file/Intake or Outtake and Invoicing.
