Terminal Operating System

ProTerm is the solution for container terminals.
Containers can arrive or depart via various modalities, by ship, train or truck. The system records all incoming and outgoing movements of the containers and makes this visible via real-time dashboards.

We offer various solutions for efficiency, such as Stacking Rules, Order App for the reach stacker and connections with RTG systems. To monitor the various main processes in real-time, we offer the 3D Yardview for viewing the containers on the site; Vessel dashboard to monitor the loading and unloading process of ships; and the Truck dashboard to monitor the incoming and outgoing movements of trucks.

Features

Vessels/Quajobs: containers can be unloaded and loaded from our Quayjob application and Order App, includes Crane OCR support.
Terminal Orders: you can assign various orders, such as relocate, stacking, cleaning, strip/stuff, to a container via our order program. These can easily be followed from the Order App.
3D YardView: from the graphical yardview you can monitor the entire stock in real-time in 3D.
Integration: seamless integration with Softpak CDS (Customs), and accounting systems such as Exact, Microsoft, SAP, Unit4 and AFAS.
Touchscreen: drivers can check in/check out via our touchscreen solutions. Standard connectivity with Secure Logistics and Alfapass. Standard connectivity with gate control systems such as Certus, Visy, Orbita and Camco.
Port Community System: standard connectivity with PCS systems such as Portbase (NL), APCS (BE) and CNS (UK).
Customer Portal: Customers, owners, shippers can monitor and control their stock via our secure web portal.

With our touch screen solution, truck drivers can check in with our self service desk solution.

Our Self Service Desk solution support standard connections with various gate control operators, such as Certus, Visy, Orbita or Camco.

3D Yardview

Our webbased yardview solution offers you to monitor and track the container stock real-time in 3D.

Order App

From our Order App reachstackers can unload/load containers from and to vessels, trains and trucks. Our app also supports various terminal activities such as relocate, stacking, stripping, stuffing, block/release and reefer settings.

Truck Visit App

Truck drivers can book a terminal visit/timeslot for container pick-up or drop-off through our Truck Visit App.

Truck Appointment System

You can manage and organize time slots via our Truck Appointment System. Our Truck Appointment System is a total solution and fully integrated with our Self Service Desk and Truck Visit App.

Portbase MID / MED

Our terminal operating system offers seamless integrations with Portbase MID/MED.

Web Portal

Via our web portal, shipping companies and agents can view container stock, pre-notify containers and view bookings.

EDI

The system supports all standard EDI messages, such as GATE-IN/GATE-OUT, COARRI, CODECO, COPARN, COPINO. We also send and process various XML messages.

Daily Moves

The system supports the option to send daily moves reports via PDF, XML and Excel reports.

RTO / Audit-file

Our system offers the RTO functionality and generates the Audit file ADFT 2.0.

Vessel – Quayjobs

Ships can be loaded/unloaded from our Terminal Operating System. There is an EDI integration to pre-notify containers. To monitor the progress of loading/unloading, we offer real-time media screens and App integration.

Vessel – Bay Plan

Standard format Bay Plans can be read from our Terminal Operating System, and the planner can efficiently draw up the container loading/unloading plan.

Dashboards

We offer various options to monitor the progress of your terminal. Such as real-time monitoring via our media screens, but also via PowerBI dashboards.
