ProTerm is the M&R solution for container depots.
Empty containers can be collected via various modalities. The containers can be checked for damage. If there is damage, a damage and repair process follows.
Maintenance activities can be carried out from ProTerm, such as reefer and tank inspection, cleaning and upgrade. Containers are stored and can be picked up again after a call-off order. The system offers various operational solutions, such as a self-service counter for drivers, mobile app for estimators and tablet app for reach stackers.

Features
- Manage all container bookings, incoming and outgoing gate movements and storage.
- Drivers can log in and out via our touchscreen solutions. Links with Secure Logistics and Alfapass possible. Link with GOS/OCR from Certus, Visy, Orbita and Camco.
- Check containers for damage, prepare damage reports, and monitor whether they are authorized by the customer.
- Meld containers aan voor schoonmaak. Bij afmelden kan eventueel een cleaning certificaat afgegeven worden.
- Reachstacker voeren alle container bewegingen uit vanuit de Order App. Estimates worden gemaakt vanuit de Depot App.
- Klanten kunnen inloggen in een beveiligde portaal, en de status van de containers opvragen en eventueel containers voormelden.
